Zojirushi NS-TGC10 Review
Monday, May 2, 2011I had only 2 mildly negative thoughts on Zojirushi NS-TGC10 wonderful machine - it takes a pretty long time to make rice compared to stove-top, and the results can be dry if you follow the manual instructions - you will need to experiment a few batches. The solutions are: to start the rice earlier in the day - it stays perfect on hold for many hours - and in my case (Carolina Rice) I up the water. For 1.5 "cups" I fill the water to the 2 line in the bowl. I say "cups" because the scoop is not a standard cup measurement, and the results are also not a standard cup. Not a big issue at all.
The timer function is great if you know what time you want to eat, fill, set and come back later.
Everyone who has seen Zojirushi NS-TGC10 in action wants their own. The price is higher, but if you go for quality and results without wasting time and money on lesser machines first, this is a great choice...
